Entertainment Law

Entertainment law includes a mix of more traditional areas of law as they apply to a particular category of clients – the entertainment industry. The principal areas of entertainment law include intellectual property (especially trademark and copyright), publicity rights, privacy rights, and contract. There is a transactional element (including drafting licensing agreements and other contracts, and registering copyrights and trademarks), and an enforcement element (including litigation and arbitration). Our lawyers are skilled in protecting the intellectual property, contractual and other rights of all of our clients in the entertainment industry.
